Seeing as how this pertains to music itself rather than the game, I think posting it here would be most appropriate. If someone feels it belongs in the Skyrim topic, by all means.
Anyway, I have was doing my usual lurking when I came across that they are releasing the OST on directsong exclusively. You can find it here
4 discs for 30 bucks? I've seen some composers have stuff like that for a huge chunk of cash, so that makes me very happy. What really gets me though is that the TES has really good music, but their OST's only had a handful of tracks. I literally think theres only six tracks in Oblivion. Good tracks mind you, but really there was not a lot there. Seeing that this look quintupled is pretty big, at least for the audiophile that I am.

The soundtrack to the most anticipated game of the year is now available for pre-order. This four-disc physical set, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - The Original Game Soundtrack, features a breadth of music from the icy sounds inspired by the game's highest mountain peaks to the powerful themes capturing the magnificence of the dragons. This compilation set will ship the week following 11.11.11, exclusively from DirectSong.
PLEASE NOTE, all orders placed before December 23rd will be personally autographed by composer Jeremy Soule.
